Sugar Daddy’s Dairy Letter to my Daughter.

By
Manyuira(wilsonmanyuira@yahoo.com)

I know that by the time this letter reaches you, someone would have already committed a “fallacy” on you. Though am partly to blame, I can’t help cursing that foolish, ugly, hunger ravened boy masquerading as man on top of my only “daughter”. Did I here that you have been seen with him again?…
I am sure you will not accuse me of not expressing my sagging love to you in this love thesis. I have taken the necessary precautions for the sake of our safety and for the “rose” flower we are building. Using the name daughter was not a mistake but rather a safety measure considering the way “pillow” has been insisting on emptying my contents something that has always been done by junior. Being a scholar there in KU I believe it won’t be hard for you to “see” darling,sweetie,babie,dear….. on the Jargon daughter.
I must apologize that my greetings a rather arriving late daughter. With all the harassment from your exams-that you told me on the other day- I have no choice but to admit it is unkind for me , considering the “empty pockets” have not been letting you embarrass them by hugging them in front of their girlfriends, though to my joy.
Your letter aroused a lot of emotions that I almost cried with love daughter. As “pillow” snored, I couldn’t help but re-read the letter again and again. For the first time I felt proud of you daughter. Your magazine cuttings reminded me of last holiday in naivasha and your perfume smelled Singapore.
Did you receive the parcel ? of course I know you liked the imported wig, the perfume and all the other assorted gifts dear. My friend was surprised that I imported them from Italy.
Of late the office has been boring with those skinny secretaries who vomits only Africanized English. The “womanish” feel that oozed when you were around is now a foretold dream. The congress speaker send me an email saying that he misses you. The gateman asked me of you’re whereabouts and I overheard the Tea girls-generously but with jealous- praising your beauty. Uncle Charlie was telling me of the hugs you used to give him while you were an intern at their place The bank manager from Lagos angered me when he said I was incomplete without you and that he had admired you for long. Anyway to make the long story short the people surrounding me are daily asking about you and I am surely missing you.
I hear Iron Lady has initiated a project of beautifying the Main Campus and that men have formed a group to fight for the rights of university male students. Is it true that even daughter’s of that land have initiated a project against men moral uprightness? These are bad news to me but when I join the senate everything will change. I can’t wait to see KU being a girls only university and prevent “empty pockets” from touching even the slit of your dress.
Meanwhile I am preparing for our vacation soon after you close for the long holiday. Prepare for the most modern romantic approach on you daughter and be sure I will not disappoint you.
I have deposited Ksh. 8000 in your account for use during examination and preparation for our trip. If possible send me your details for processing of the visa. I am doing my best to secure a presidential suite in one of the best motels in Seychelles.

I can’t wait to stroke your hair and fiddle you as you caress my rich tummy and my white beards.
I wish you well in your exam reminding you not to compromise by accepting advances from that “empty pocket” named lecturer. If anything don’t worry of your marks as your future is already determined whether you pass or not.

Prepare physiologically, philosophically, physcologically and physically. The Clip I sent you I believe will be of great help to you towards our holiday in Seychelles.

Yours Romantic-Energetic-Ever loving

Introduction

The rooms’ division areas all must function together in order for the hotel to maximize efficiency. Each area needs the other in a symbiotic relationship that mirrors a successful sports team: each position working together for the benefit of the entire team.

The engineering and maintenance division

It is a division that maintains the hotel property structure and grounds as well as electrical and mechanical equipment. Every piece of equipment, fixtures and furniture in the guestrooms, hallways, linen and laundry rooms, public areas and employee locker rooms must be in perfect working order at all times.

The number of items that may be in need of repairs in a single guestroom can be substantial: beds, chairs, desks, TVs, radios, lights, doors, toilets, faucets, walls, heating and air conditioning.

It is therefore imperative that good communication exists between the two departments at all times. For instance, if a guestroom lock is broken, maintenance must be notified, the room must be put out of order, the work performed, the area cleaned, and the room put back in vacant-ready status.

The human resource division

This division administrates employees’ paper work, monitors attendance, maintains good relations with labor unions, and ensures employees’ safety and working conditions. When considering personnel staffing communication between this division and housekeeping is vital. For instance housekeeping may be in need of an employee. The human resource fills employee requisition, advertises for the position, pre-screens candidates, and conducts the first interview and checks references. It sends the final candidates to housekeeping for a second interview and hiring selection.

The human resource is involved in orientation of new housekeeping employees that is the company’s philosophies, compensation package, pay schedule, and rules and regulations are explained in detail to the new workers. The human resource also ensures that the new employees fills out all necessary forms related to legal residency, income tax and personal information.

Good communication with human resource will result in hiring right employees to fill housekeeping vacancies.

Food and beverage division

There must be good cooperation regarding the pick up of room service material from guest room areas. Housekeeping must see to it that hallways are free from trays, carts placed by guests and section housekeepers therefore calls to room service must be regularly placed to remind this department to clear all areas.

The laundry room must provide the food and beverage department with clean napery on a daily basis. The laundry manager must request that all the soiled linen be delivered to the laundry room on time, properly sorted out and free from food scraps and table debris.

Furnishing clean uniforms to cooks, waiters and bartenders is usually the responsibility of the housekeeping department and therefore effort must be made to establish good relationship between the departments.

The sales and marketing division

This department sells the product and services offered by a hotel property. The housekeeping must provide the front desk with a listing of rooms that are ready for occupancy so guests can check in. Poor communication between these departments leads to delays in guest check in. And if this happens, the property’s reputation will suffer. The front desk provides housekeeping with night clerk’s room report. It informs housekeeping early in the morning of the status of all guestrooms in the property as it appears on the front desk records.

Cleanliness is one of the most important reasons for guests to choose a particular lodging property whose responsibility falls to housekeeping department. Therefore there must be good communication between sales and housekeeping if customer satisfaction is to be achieved. For instance if sales and marketing has guaranteed late check out, to a large group of guests attending a convention without notifying housekeeping, some of the rooms might not be cleaned in time to be available for a tour group to check in that same evening.

Communication between sales and marketing and housekeeping is also necessary when specific rooms and suites must be available for inspection to meeting planners who are considering the property for a possible convention. If the rooms in question have not been impeccably cleaned, the company executive might well take their business elsewhere.

Accounting division

A hotel’ overall financial health rests solely on its ability to make and collect money. A hotel must be able to track or account for this revenue. Accounting is the process of tracking and analyzing cost and revenue information. A hotel should therefore CPAs staff. Good accounting practices serve to lessen any potential tax and audit implications.

In hotel property the purchasing agent often reports to the controller. The executive housekeeper is communicating with the accounting office when placing orders for equipment and supplies for the department. Housekeeping must provide accounting with all information regarding wages and salaries for instance pay increases, hours worked per week, overtime, bonuses awarded to workers and so on.

The executive housekeeper must also provide accounting with monthly inventory information in order to ascertain expenses of controllable goods and percentage costs. In addition to ensuring a permanent and accurate record of all financial transactions accounting should furnish housekeeping manager or agent with a concise statement of the financial position with regard to the property in his charge, including cost of management and repairs. It enables control to be kept over expenditure and financial success or failure of policy to be measured.

The security division

Security refers to the prevention of fire and other emergencies. There are so many security hazards on the ‘floors’ that liaison is particularly important and the housekeeper cooperates by endeavoring to see that her staff are aware of them and reporting anything of a suspicious nature.

The hotel should ensure that there is good communication between the two departments. It should have one or more security officers on their staff to prevent crime and to protect guests and their staff from such dangers as theft, bomb threat, fire or assault. The security division therefore patrols the property, monitors the supervision equipment and ensures safety and security of guests, visitors and employees.

a certain man was fond of making funny jokes about kenya’s diversoty of tribes. one day he could be heard talking of “our innershore” brothers, the next day our valley brothers, sometimes men and qwomen from plateuas, highlands, lakeside, coastal and even arid people.
one statistical fact about the funnyman’s jokes, was his bias. he found amusemwent in the dirty things only. you could hear him talking about lou’s love for sex and burial cremonies, masaai’s love for blood and meat, kalenjin craving for war, meru’s temper, luyha’s fondness for ugali, chicken and sex, kikuyu’s extraordinary greed for material things and so on. though he had built a career out this , his humour attracted mixed feelings from the subjects.
the royals and extrimists hated him and his comics while the moderates loved him on equal measures.

on one unforgettable occasion he was summoned by the village elder for a number of reasons. the chief wanted to establish his bio data and also insisted he should apologize to the local community. the local people made a mistake to give his ‘light notes’ the seriousness they never deserved. he had claimed/or rather accused of claiming that women from the community of small men were so fond of maasai men athletic figures. this could have been forgiven had he not predicted a pre-death of the community as smaller men had also found refuge in their women. Nelson recalled wepkhulu’s jokes the other day after a chat with kamwaro and his sister juliet.their discussion………..

  • As I penned this letter the dazzling thoughts and threats issued by our local cleric threatened to spin off my mind from its orbit. They claim that love conquers all but I never believed this till I was proven wrong

Hi my lovely pal. Are you still going on with your studies? Are you okay and healthy? Back here were fine. Our youth fellowship has grown tremendously in number, Beth has since been married to kipyego. Mwenda’s wedding is underway and Maggie’s courtship has been announced.
Guyz here are trying hard to mend the potholes left on their faith
Winnie has been querying me about you so much. While chatting she has been praising my ability to seduce even saints-you-by my charming tongue. Alarmingly she had even once sought the said security from me but I don’t want to repeat the same mistake.
While chatting our minds once went wild and thought of match-mixing she once said that me and you can make great couples but……………
Anyway am missing you here my friend. The devil that once possessed me has sometimes left me longing for the escapades that we once shared with you
The purpose of jotting down this letter is to apologize to you, repent, seek forgiveness, reconcile and set up platonic friendship based on mutual respect. Its true I wronged you by flattering you my dear friend. What I said to you was not what I meant. It is sad that I never meant to love you but only attracted to. I was only attracted by you fine and perfect feminal curves and you gave in easily. I am sorry my dear friend
You never seemed to realize that I only used flattering but touching words when I wanted you at my bed.
I only treated you well because the holy book requires so. When I realized that our ‘love was merely seasonal I wanted to break the jinx but I had no moral fibber to do so. You portrayed the weakest part of a lady
My sexual urge surpassed the mutual respect we had been advised by our cleric. Also you easily accepted my cheap nothings without a second thought you might have loved me yes, but I was only interested with what was between your legs. Forgive me for this and please accept reconciliation

Perhaps winnie was right but its too early to conclude on anything. Although you loved me as your spouse and prepared for our life together in future my case was different darling. I love, adore and care for you as a friend but only attracted to you sexually.
Undoubtedly your natural appeal is undisputable and striking, your beauty is incomparable and your heart is kind. But am afraid that continuing will only result to more intimate escapades prompting us to call it quits for now
I have no doubt that soon you’ll get a good man for you or maybe God may do his wonders and rekindle our affair at the right time later.

When you think of a lens

Doesn’t a double edged sword hit you?

When the reflection shines

Does a magnification miss you?

Maybe disguised in a diminishing figure?

When you think of train

Don’t you see a two sided snail?

Struggling to be nowhere but everywhere

Never assuming its own patience

Maybe driven by a sense of false hope

When you think of a sword

Perhaps you imagine a two-flavoured fruit

Each fighting to outdo the other’s dominance

When you find yourself in a trench

Instead, you hop up and down

You, stand up comedian
Why do you want to kill?
Why do you want to commit murder?
Will you stand the hang man noose?
Stop cracking my ribs
I am pitying you

A wider handkerchief
You call it boob top
A longer one
You refer to it as ‘mini’ skirt
Uncomfortable ‘skin tights’
Hahahaha……hipsters
And those disproportional shorts
You call them…….ahahaha
Whom are you trying to impress?

It makes me laugh
When I see you
Exposing your fatty parts
Do you think wives have no fats?
Stoopy cleavage
Don’t they have breasts?
Mini…..No!, micro skirts
Don’t they have warm thighs?
Surely, stand up comedian
You’re talented

The other day, You
Almost choked me with laughter
When I had you chanting
‘I want to lead this nation’
I almost collapsed
When your adversaries said
She has a clean sheet record
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Placards drawn
As ‘beautiful’ as the president
Then I wondered
Is that real beauty
Phony perhaps, indecent
And trashy to some extent
Ha ha ha ha
You haven’t lost
Your sense of humour

enhances style and portrays natural beauty
